Chop Saw
Setup:
Put on Safety Glasses and Ear Plugs
Mark material with a pencil and speed square for desired cut
Unlock saw by pushing down saw and pulling the locking pin
Sawing:
Plug in saw
Square material up against fence
Hold material at least 6” away from the blade
Start saw by pulling trigger and slowly bring the saw down through the material
Once saw has cut all the way through material, shut off saw and bring blade up
Clean up:
Unplug Saw
Push saw down and push in the locking pin to lock the saw
Vacuum up all sawdust
Setup:
Put on Safety Glasses
Gather needed drill bits, battery, and drill
Clamp small board or parts
Clean area of any oil or debris
Drilling Small Holes:
Secure the shank the drill bit in chuck by holding the clutch
Start drilling slowly
Once hole is started, drill as full speed
Slow down drill speed when reaching the back of the material
Drilling Large Holes:
Drill small Pilot Hole
Ensure that material is clamped well
Secure the shank the drill bit in chuck by holding the clutch on speed setting 1
Start drilling slowly
Once hole is started, drill as full speed
Slow down drill speed when reaching the back of the material
Clean up:
Vacuum or sweep up all sawdust and debris
Put battery onto the charger
Hang Power Drill on Drill Hanger
Place clamps and drill bits back in their receptive drawers
Power Drill
Impact Driver
Setup:
Gather needed driver bits, battery, and Impact Wrench
Clamp small board or parts if need be
Predrill screw hole if needed
Clean off area from an oil or debris
Driving Screws:
Secure driver bit into Chuck
Start screw slowly by pulling trigger half way
Once screw is started, drive screw in until the screw head is flush by pulling trigger all the way
Driving Bolts:
Secure socket adapter in Chuck
Start bolt BY HAND
Once the bolt is started, drive the bolt in until the hammer sound
Clean up:
Vacuum or sweep up all sawdust and debris
Put battery onto the charger
Hang Impact Driver on Drill Hanger
Place clamps and driver bits back in their receptive drawers
